Terms of business

Who we are

Tradesmen's Edge Consulting is the trading name of Ben Zielinski, a sole trader, of 110 Charlton, Andover, SP10 4AH. Email: info@tradesmensedge.co.uk. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you book a Business Health Check, a 90-Day Build or a quarterly review with us. The free Discovery Call and the free Leak Check create no obligation on either side. Our services are for businesses, not consumers.

Prices and payment

• Business Health Check: £695 for businesses of up to 2 people, £895 for 3–10 people. Firms with more than 10 people are quoted individually. The Health Check is paid in full before it's booked.
• 90-Day Build: from £3,950. The price is agreed in writing before you commit. [Payment schedule, e.g. 50% on booking, 50% at day 45.]
• If you book your Build within 30 days of your Health Check, the Health Check fee comes off the Build price.
• Founding Client places are offered on the terms agreed in writing with each founding client.

Cancellations and refunds

• Health Check: [Full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your first Health Check session. Within 48 hours, or once the Health Check has started, the fee is non-refundable, but you can rearrange once at no charge.]
• 90-Day Build: [Either side can end the Build with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work done up to the end of the notice period, and any balance you've paid beyond that is refunded.]
• Rearranging sessions: sessions can be moved with at least 24 hours' notice. [Sessions missed without notice may count as delivered.]
• If we have to cancel something and can't offer a date that suits you, we'll refund you in full for anything not yet delivered.
• Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.

What we deliver, and what we don't promise

We build business processes with you and track agreed KPIs during the trial. Results depend on how the processes are used in your business, so we don't guarantee any particular financial outcome. The Leak Check score is a rough guide to where to look first, not a professional assessment.

Your documents

Once you've paid, the process documents, forms and price lists we build with you are yours to use in your business. We keep the right to reuse our general methods and templates with other clients, but never your business's own details.

Recordings and confidentiality

Sessions may be recorded so we can build accurately. We keep what we learn about your business confidential. Recordings or results are only used in case studies with your written consent, which you can withdraw. See our privacy policy.

Liability

[Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us for the service concerned. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.] Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
