Common questions
What does the whole thing cost?
The Business Health Check is £695 for sole traders with up to 2 staff, or £895 for owners with 3–10 staff. The 90-Day Build starts from £3,950 and is quoted on your Discovery Call once we know your business. The quarterly review after that is optional. Book your Build within 30 days of your Health Check and its fee comes off the Build price. No VAT is charged.
What if I don't go ahead after the Health Check?
That's fine. There's no obligation to book the Build. You keep your Health Check report and the plan, and you can work through it yourself.
Is this remote-only?
Yes. Every session runs remotely, screen to screen, so it fits around jobs and there's no travel to pay for.
How much of my time does it take?
In month 1, two 2-hour sessions. After that, two 45–60 minute sessions a month. Sessions are booked around your jobs so they don't eat into billable work.
Do my staff have to be involved?
The people who do the work help shape and trial each business process, so it fits how you actually run. For the Founding Client places, a team that's willing to be recorded is part of the deal.
What about recordings and GDPR?
Sessions may be recorded so we can build accurately and, for case studies, only with your written consent. Everything is handled in line with UK GDPR and you can withdraw consent.
What if it doesn't work?
That's why we measure. The 90-day trial tracks KPIs on your jobs, so if a business process isn't moving the number we change it rather than leaving you to guess.
